
Refunds and Returns Policy

At FashionTopic, customer satisfaction is our top priority. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help you through the process of returns and refunds. This Refunds and Returns Policy explains the process and guidelines for returning items and receiving refunds.

1. Returns
We accept returns on most items within 30 days of the delivery date. To be eligible for a return:
- The item must be in its original condition, unused, and unwashed.
- The item must be returned with all original tags, packaging, and any other accessories (if applicable).
- Items that are damaged or altered cannot be returned.
Exceptions
Some items are not eligible for return due to hygiene or safety reasons, including:
- Underwear and intimate apparel
- Swimwear
- Gift cards
- Personalized or customized items
If you have received a defective or damaged item, please contact us immediately to arrange for a return or exchange.
2. How to Return an Item
To return an item, please follow these steps:
Contact Us: Email us at support@fashiontopic.com or call our customer support team at +1 (800) 346-5961 to request a Return Authorization Number (RAN). This is required for all returns.
Prepare Your Package: Once you have received the RAN, carefully pack the item(s) you wish to return along with the original proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation) and any accessories.
Ship the Item: Send the item(s) to the following return address:

USAPlease use a trackable shipping service and keep a receipt of the shipment. We recommend purchasing insurance for valuable items. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is damaged or defective.
3. Refunds
Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it to ensure it meets our return criteria. Upon approval, we will issue a refund to your original method of payment. Please note:
- Refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days after we receive the returned item.
- Refunds are only issued for the cost of the product. Shipping fees (both original and return shipping) are non-refundable unless the return is due to a mistake on our part or a damaged/defective item.
- If your return is approved, you will receive a refund to the original payment method (credit card, PayPal, etc.). Please allow 5-10 business days for the refund to reflect in your account, depending on your bank or payment provider.
If the item is returned outside the 30-day return window, it will not be eligible for a refund, but you may still be eligible for an exchange (if applicable).
4. Exchanges
If you need to exchange an item for a different size or color, please contact us within 30 days of receipt. We will issue a replacement once the original item is returned and inspected. You may need to pay additional shipping charges for the exchange, and we cannot guarantee that the replacement item will be available if it is out of stock.
To initiate an exchange, please follow the same return procedure as outlined above, and specify the item you wish to receive in exchange.
5. Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received your refund after the processing period, please check the following:
- Bank Processing: It may take time for your refund to appear in your account due to bank processing delays. Please allow 5-10 business days.
- Credit Card Provider: Some credit card companies may take additional time to process the refund. If you haven’t received your refund after the allotted time, please contact your bank or credit card provider.

6. Sale Items
Only regular-priced items can be refunded. Sale items are final sale and cannot be returned or refunded unless they are defective or damaged upon receipt.
7. Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a defective or damaged item, please contact us immediately for a return authorization. We will provide you with instructions on how to return the item, and we will cover the return shipping costs.
If the item is confirmed to be defective or damaged, we will offer you the following options:
- A full refund for the item and any associated shipping costs.
- An exchange for the same item or a similar one.
- A store credit for the value of the item.
8. Non-Returnable Items
Some items cannot be returned under any circumstances, including:
- Personalized or custom-made products.
- Gift cards or vouchers.
- Items marked as “final sale” or clearance items.
